Down by the riverside

End of another riverside festival. Was a slightly downbeat event compared to previous years, probably due to the change of management involved. We had a brilliant re-enactment group in, absolutely fab. Once I've found the bluetooth dongle that I've been missing for the last month to download pix I will post some! The theme this year was Civil war. Our re-enacters were in 1644 (I think) and were really good. I stayed on late last night, as they were sleeping over. They consumed oceanic amounts of beer. ( ok, pot meet mr kettle. -I had to drive home..) In all a very nice weekend, with some nice people. It's good to not moan for once in the blogosphere!
