Box frenzy

Ok today is boxing day. All was going well until I stupidly, (and not for the first time), twisted myself switching on a lamp whilst avoiding a dog. I've spent all day crippled with a twisted mid rift. Last time i did this, a year ago, I spent a month off work. I've spent all day sat paralysed with heat packs and compresses trying to push the muscle back in- I've also had some medicinal whiskey! I feel so stiff-need to get out gardening again.

Anyway, here's a picture of me and Mrs somers just prior to the incident. I'm sure my varied and massed readers were wondering what she looked like, I know you number at least two.
