A gilded beak
Ok. So it's all over nearly for another year, hooray! I find christmas a very strange, distressing time of the year, ( probably as mentioned in every blog entry since I started blog entering).
Anyhow, as is traditional for me at christmas I got ill. Me and Sam both got really bad coughs and rattly chests on the eve. Was ok on christmas day although could not stop wheezing, until I decided to use my ventolin (yes I do have one) which sent me as high as a kite then gave me the headache from hell itself. I ended up retiring to my bed and leaving the relations with scampi and mrs somers. I can honestly say I haven't ever had such a bad headache (without having had a very good night before!)
Humbug. The food was really good, bestest ever christmas din, cooked by mrs somers. We borrowed a table to go in the front room next to the tree, it was really nice. And of course, it was all for the enjoyment of one particular person, who enjoyed the attention...
