Sad times

Sams Great nanna Joyce died a couple of days ago. She was very tired and frail and ready to rest. Mrs somers is understanderbly sad at losing her grandma. It's proving to be a very testing year so far... The austerity measures are cutting deep. The collection's Education team are no more- 40 jobs removed and replaced with 13 collections management, for a museum that is essentially a concrete pre fab. Oh well, who gives a shit, lifes too short.

The adventure and the resolution...

Christmas is well and truly over, thanks almighty. I don't enjoy christmas, never have, other than the bit for Sam, opening his presents... I think he picks up on my own nervous neurosis's about the season of goodwill. Was not an easy holiday...! Just for the record when I look back on this, Cuthbert, Neil and Steve all passed away. Quite a sad time. Celebrate life while you can.
